NEEDS??????? What do you mean, NEEDS???? German military does not need women, it wants women. Plus why the hell should they fight in a war or future war created by old men???? Men that carry a cycle of hate, when all the younger generations are awake and different and aware that they do not conflict with each other.

Does the German military have the same issues that the US military faces when it comes to female troops? Like the fact that 1 in 3 are sexually abused and a woman is more likely to be murdered by a fellow soldier than the enemy? If so then you have your answer.
