She was wrong and he was actually unalived in jail the next week after getting into it with another inmate. Was basically her fault, if he was in a mental institution and not around inmates it wouldn’t have happened.

Anyone thinking Reese is in the wrong for this needs to go back and rewatch this. Her opinion was backed up by other doctors. Was she or the other doctors saying that Kellog was perfectly mentally healthy and wouldn’t benefit from therapy? No, but they were saying that he wasn’t insane and was aware of his actions when he attempted to kill Charles. Charles wouldn’t even be allowed to be making diagnoses for Kellog. He was the victim. Oh and him dying in prison isn’t her fault. She is not a prison guard. It is not her job to keep inmates in prison alive.
