Yea they are organized cleans but not more developed than other countries in the region , Cote voire and Benin would come first for me , Nigeria would be more developed if you measure it well, there are more cities and therefore development is stretched, 36 states with capitals and most of the capitals have airports and other facilities, you probably went to just lagos and maybe didn’t go to other parts of Nigeria and that’s the mistake a lot of foreigners make , Nigerias is way bigger than Lagos , if u want to see more development and organized cities go to other states Enugu state, Port harcourt , Abuja , UYo , Jos , Kano Calabar etc . Sadly I only saw u in Lagos markets and local areas , I didn’t even see u in nice rich neighborhoods in Lagos .

Yes and really doing well to some extent but more developed country in the region… hell… NO Nigeria is most developed in the region when u measure it by the size and metrics … Nigeria is bigger ans therefore wider range of development. Have many states and capitals and many more airports and other facilities.
