Well, the child was highly allergic. Any chocolate or nut allergies can kill a child of that size . They should start looking at the factor that the father was acting in self-defense4his child, not the factor that the homeless man should have known better than forced candy bars in2the child's mouth, that was wrong on the homeless man's part, but it's not wrong4what the father was trying 2do,He was just acting out in self defense over his infant baby..

I don't see that as selfdefence more like a real anger issue certainly didn't need to kill a homeless man for putting candy in his child's mouth maybe he was just trying to be nice to the child. All he needed to do was to tell him off and walk away. Especially to do something like that in front his child what kind of father is that?
