I pretty much went fifo/dido in 1990 and are still doing it ,all be it on a jobshare roster. I have more time at home with family on my 8/6 roster than I did when I worked from home on a 5 1/2 day a week 11 hours a day. I am ready to retire now at nearly 60. Overall I probably have done 30 years away from home from 1990 till now
