i think some of the people in the comments misunderstand the terms of trigger words / items. Its a word / item that make you relive a severe traumatic past or trigger a flashback. Not really a word / items that make you just get angry or sadness for awhile it leave you with the feeling of dreads like "Seeing that item instantly fills me with terrifying dread and panic." or "Hearing that word gives me a vivid memory of my accident." not "Seeing that makes me feel uncomfortable/annoyed."
