Education is a life long process. Till we die. Informal education,Which is through practical, knowledge n experiences will make us a better person. Formal education with certificates is only on papers n theories. So formal education is needed for job purposes but if it comes with informal education it will make a person to be confident, perform his task diligently and well respected.
