I doubt that this little amount of sunflower oil will kill you... In my home country in Europe we mostly cooked with sunflower oil.

I get em frozen from lidl, lf you don't mind pulling out the guts and deboning, this is the way, I then soak mine in good olive oil and a pinch of pink salt. 👍😁👍
