3 prompts I use to think like a CEO before I present anything important at work. One thing I’ve learned as a marketing leader at Microsoft: The meeting shouldn’t be the first place your idea gets challenged. Before I walk into a room with a proposal, an ask, or a strategy, I use AI to pressure-test my thinking first. Because if I don’t find the weak spots, someone else will.
