I like to think it’s part of his punishment in hell— he caused so much pain and death in his life (justified or not) that it’s only fitting for him to be more physically “vulnerable” (in a way) in Hell. He’s the strongest sinner, sure, but his body itself is a reflection of the vulnerability he preyed on. Physical injuries will impact him more than the typical sinner/overlord. But I just like to yap this is stupid and embarrassing sorry
