@meatupfordinner: it’s only July, but I’m clocking this in as the best thing I’ve made all year 🤤 the best part about it was I didn’t plan to make this for dinner at all 🤣!!! I bought the steak to go with salad but I opened my fridge and saw I still had some mini sub rolls, eyed a bag of kimchi, some leftover @trybachans sauce and got inspired! 🥒🧅I quick pickled some cucumbers and red onions so they still had a bit of crunch. the stead was PERFECTLY tender! 🥩 If you have trouble getting your steak to look and taste like this, my tips and tricks to cooking a medium rare steak are now on my substack! #dinner #sandwich #steak
