Emotional maturity is a powerful behavior to behold and I had to learn that. For me it is just as important as real love, 1st Corinthians the 13th chapter. love is patient, kind, its NOT EASILY PROVOKED......so if you try to provoke me,I've learned to allow my patience to override and then I can respond with kindness...again I had to learn this, to GOD be all the glory!!🙌

This very thing happened to me. I SNAPPED on my boss and she DEFINITELY tried to assassinate my character with another manager. When I sat & reflected on that moment & began to male changes immediately. I have much better control…still a work in progress, but I KNOW I have improved cause I have been tested on many occasions at work. I have learned to “PAUSE” 1st and process…if I get overwhelmed, I ask to continue the convo later while I gather my thoughts. And the most POWERFUL til that I learned…just be quiet and look at them.
