Last Monday was my birthday and my 6 year business anniversary. And I wanted to feel EXTRA. Choosing to live a wellness-focused lifestyle shouldn’t mean that I have to give that up. So I pay more attention to HOW I create the experiences I want to have vs denying myself of them altogether. I’m more intentional about the fragrances I use.🌸 But I still want that luxurious feeling of smelling amazing, like the main character. So I reach for my Vanilla Comfort Set. I’m more intentional about what I put on my skin.✨ But I still want to be extra and glisten like I should be outerspace somewhere😭So I made my own body glitter using my Sweet Vanilla Oil. I’m more intentional about what I put on my nails.💅🏽 But I still love the drama and the put-together feeling of having my nails done. So I use press-ons. I’m more intentional about the makeup I use.💄 But I still want to enhance my features sometimes and add a little drama. So I keep it minimal and use *just enough* to create the effect I’m going for. I’m not interested in a life where being “healthy” means making myself into a robot. I’d rather focus on: What am I actually trying to experience? And then find a way to create that feeling with alternatives that align with the way I want to live.
