What about behind one eye down to the ear, jaw and to the back base of the skull on that same side? Also triggered spasms in my eyes, but only when my eyes are closed, and the spasms are random, but seemed to be triggered by light sometimes.

what about a headache that comes and goes, last only a minute to five minutes, feels like tingling at first then like a vice is squeezing then disappears, and located at the top of the neck/base of the skull and near the mastoid process?

I’m thinking of looking into a holistic dr because my head pain or idk how to describe it but it’s not all the time but it’s like a tenderness on the top of my head like not center but top right side dr says oh it’s tension headache or stress or lack of sleep but like wth I’ll sleep in and still in the daytime feel it and it’s been a year 😭😭
