The provision of martial law was given to restore order not to force a treasonous jurisdiction that clearly violates every amendment in the Bill of Rights nor did it, give them the authority to federalize the states creating the district of Columbia! If an act can’t be lawfully justified according to the constitution it would be void! Which means forcing it in any way shape or form would be an unofficial active war on the American people! Which also means our federal government has been de facto since 1868, and every State government since 1871 according to the constitution!
