What we did was on the seating card, we put little black stickers to determine what they had ordered when RSVP’ing. Cow, fish, chicken, or vegetarian. We also had smaller stickers that would go along with the food choice is they had dietary restrictions. But we also communicated the dietary restrictions to our venue coordinator

This is a guest question. My cousin is getting married, they chose a castle type venue. It’s BEAUTIFUL. I have a dress, it’s a long, blush pink, lacy, vintage style….perfect for the venue….but if the lighting is right, I’m worried it MIGHT look closer to white. Should I just be safe and not wear it?

I went to a wedding that a small picture frame eith a color coded dot on it which acted as a wedding favor & your escort card. the servers knew which meal you got based on the dot on your picture frame.

I went to a reception like this & when we walked in it said to select a plate & select a seat. The plates were color coordinated to what you ordered so the staff knew. They brought drinks & wrote the number and colors on a notepad & brought food. It was only 60 people so I felt it went smoothly.

This is exactly what happened at my sister in law's wedding last night. The staff did a great job but it had to be frustrating and it took forever to get everyone served.
