I love the renovation. Very good idea. Gave the city gate a great facelift. If I were the Minister, would have added a coffee/tea shop/ kiosk to the renovation plan. Then I would have built a tunnel that connects the National stadium, Magic Land, and the National Gallery. That way, tourists can visit all four places to see the wonders of Abuja. Maybe a little entrance fee, generated revenue would be dedicated to maintaining the facilities.

ONE PAN HOT HONEY RANCH CHICKEN THIGHS Ingredients (2 Servings): Chicken: * 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs * Olive oil spray * Season with: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Vegetables: * 400g cooked sweet potato, cubed * 240g broccolini * 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges * Olive oil spray * Season with: salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. High-Protein Hot Honey Ranch (Not Included in Macros) * 100g nonfat Greek yogurt * 1 tbsp Hot Honey * 1 tbsp ranch seasoning * 1 tsp fresh lemon juice * Black pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Pat the chicken dry, lightly spray with olive oil, then season both sides with the seasoning. 3. Add the sweet potatoes, broccolini, and red onion to a large roasting pan. Lightly spray with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. 4. Arrange the chicken skin-side up over the vegetables. 5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F and the skin is crispy. 6.
