Taking care of all the required paperwork prior to actually starting. My company used Workbright but there are many other options out there. Having this completed prior to start allows you the first day to present company culture and meeting key members of the company. Who to contact (payroll, HR, direct manager etc. ) we spent day one with a presentation from the company President and others.
