He belongs in prison, not a hospital!! 40 yrs ago I was kidnapped & abused as a child (6) & I was not the only victim. Our abuser was given a few years in mental hospital. We had to move to the other side of town when he was released because they sent him back home to his parents (where he lived when the crimes happened) 2 blocks from our home. I thought times had changed and children were better protected. Guess not.
