@_just_clint: Fresh Linguine Pasta Recipe (Homemade) INGREDIENTS - 2.5 cups of all purpose flour - 4 large eggs - pinch of salt Method: - Pour flour onto a clean counter top or bowl and create a deep well in the centre - Add eggs into well and add salt - Lightly beat eggs with fork while gradually tapping the flour into the egg - Once the eggs are well incorporated with flour, use hands to start kneading dough (at this point the dough might be a little sticky but don’t add anything unless the dough is too wet or too dry) - Knead dough for about 10 minutes; pushing and folding the dough - Wrap dough in cling wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes - After 30 minutes, flour your surface and divide dough into 4 equal parts - Use rolling pin to thinly roll out the dough into rectangular sheets (you can use a pasta machine if you have one) - Cut the dough into 4.5mm strips (use pasta machine if you have one) - Let these cuts outs rest on a drying rack for about 15 minutes before bringing it to a pot of boiling water with salt or Aromat - Let the pasta cook for for no longer than 5-6 minutes - Strain pasta and serve ***I served pasta with chicken breast, mushroom sauce and a creamy basil pesto sauce***
