Hmm… I think people on the internet can sometimes hurt others and sometimes they try to rationalize/excuse things that are wrong. I would contact the attorney that has been working with you and make sure they don’t have any concerns regarding you sharing your victim statement online. And then I suggest you talk with a counselor to explore this possibility. If you share it, it may go viral and thousands of people who you don’t know are responding to you? (As someone who works with others regarding concerns of abuse, I can only imagine how many people you will help by sharing your story. Your story absolutely matters!)

I shared mine! My ex strangled me and had to do a plea deal I shared my victim statement on here, if you feel like it’ll help your journey, or bring awareness to how people can look out for abuse, share. I’m sharing my story because he did this to other women and he needs to be stopped

Ma’am, I’m a victim and no I know I. My life knows. I spent the night a “friends house when I was I. The 7th grade and her dad touched me and himself and I never told a soul. Until right now. Healing is not linear do what heals you.
