I'm so glad I saw this video. I had my cycle twice this month. Start on 1st to the 5th. Then 17th to now. I'm confused why I am having two.

Question: my 13 year old still hasn’t started her cycle. She was diagnosed with T1D in February. However, her blood sugar is pretty well balanced now. She’s mostly raw vegan, and she’s only on one unit of a 24 hour insulin per day. I had the thought that she may be reabsorbing? But, I don’t know. Other than the T1D, she is a pretty balanced person, emotionally speaking. She does have body hair, just no monthly bleed. Do you think it’s somewhat likely she could be reabsorbing?

Thank you for sharing this. it makes complete sense. I keep reading peer reviewed studies on menopause and they all say it must be approached holistically. most Dr.s just prescribe progesterone, instead of also recommending psychotherapy that addresses serotonin and dopamine levels that impact cortisone, sleeping and period bleeding levels.
