Ppl who r coming n commenting, do they know there s been strikes by the bin collectors for so many months, though they resumed to work but still many roads still suffering with either suspended or limited services, so its to do with council not the residents. However i do feel ppl should take more ownership n not just leave the rubbish out n may be book a tip n dump it there
