@helloitskinn: Endometriosis restless legs are back tonight. Just me trying to cope with the pain and get through another flare. Many people don’t realize that endometriosis is more than just period pain. During a flare, some of us become much more sensitive to light, sound, touch, temperature, and even air movement. For me, keeping warm helps me feel more comfortable, so tonight I’m wearing my AULORA socks, pants, top, and bra. It’s part of my comfort routine while I rest and listen to my body. Some nights are about pushing through. Tonight is about giving myself grace.
