As a nervous system regulation coach, and someone who had multiple spiritual awakenings, the nervous system is only one part of it. The second layer is building enough safety and trust to connect with our heart which adds a whole different layer of depth that is part of the embodiment process… and yes, we can get thrown off, we can get dysregulated, and the gold here is that it builds resilience and capacity.
