I think Kavan put his glass down to open the door but Jasmine was there first. I think Jasmine and Kavan could work a lot better , if they fix there communication issues and give each other a lot of reassurances and hopefully they do.

I agree with you to an extent but her fears of not annoying him and feeling too much for him is a sign she is making herself smaller. She also stopped being friends with Lorenzo because Kav felt insecure about it. So it is coming across as self abandonment. But I don’t think this is solely due to Kav but the environment in itself. She initially had a lot of push back from the men and little support from the women. Then Kav showed her a lot care and when she fell for him he started weaponising it. Her mission became to prove herself to him and she has become deflated as a result. Not to mention how the producers are only showing us the negative parts so that can also be what is influencing our perception. I feel like she is battling with them too. I am not worried about Jasmine though as I believe she will be herself again as soon as she is back to her natural environment

The producers really broke her by making her feel like she was the horrible person to Kav. The public opinion was all about Jasmine as well as movie night.
