This might be an unpopular opinion. But they lived more than 7 years together. Surely they might have had good moments. This does not entitle her to any of this winning tickets money. But the dude just won 40M$. It honestly wouldn't hurt his bank account giving her something. Like a paid house, or paying her debts If she gave any. You know, just to help someone he once loved. I know I would.
