DO YOU KNOW THE LETTERMAN HISTORY? The letterman jacket, also known as the varsity jacket, has a rich history that dates back to the mid-1800s. The Harvard University baseball team began sewing large Old English letter ‘H’ patches onto the center of their uniforms in 1865.
