For eye drops, I cannot recommend preservative free options enough. Even Lumify makes them. Those bottles technically expire 30 days after opening, while the preservative free comes in vials. And always keep a moisturizing eye drop option on hand bc Lumify isn’t one.

I call it my ‘go bag’ it’s the things that I always need when leaving the house plus emergency things. I also have a seasonal one that will adjust depending on the season (think sunscreen verses hand warmers). It’s a time saver and an anxiety saver!

As a woman of a mature age. Let me add a couple things. Bandaids, alcohol wipes (if someone is 🤮sniff the wipe) I also carry disposable gloves and antibiotic ointment and an extra set of undies and wipes that makes it a true no sh** bag. 😂
