I have been soaking my chai seeds for yrs. I add 5 tablespoons spoons to a 16 ounce mason jar with water. What is your ratio? That’s I enjoy mine as well. I started adding frozen wild berries and it turns it into a frozen treat

This is the same way I prepare mine instead of adding them directly to yogurt! The texture is so much better. Yesterday instead of soaking them water, I soaked them in coconut water.

I do dry chia seeds, half cup milk and yogurt overnight. Do you know if the chia seeds absorb the milk? Or should I absorb them in water separately and then add to my yogurt

i soak oats and chia in almond milk with raisins sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds over night add blueberry in the morning, so nice and delicious 😋
