You are going to grow, evolve, and change as a person. What you want and need from life will shift, so give yourself permission to flex your career accordingly. 2. Getting a job is about way more than just a good CV. I'm sorry to break it to you, but in a tough job market, relying solely on online applications isn't going to cut it. You need a well-rounded strategy that includes networking, recruiters, direct outreach, and upskilling. 3. University isn’t the only option. Uni is brilliant for a lot of reasons (socially, academically, professionally), but it is not the only pathway to success. You don't have to take that route if it doesn't feel right for you.
