Howzit man. I've watched about 3 of your videos excluding this one - mainly taxes and RA's and the section 13 sex building allowance. Good job - whatever you saying makes sense and so far I cannot argue with you based on the 3 vids I've watched.

What's your stance on the s13 building allowance specifically on the requirement, new and unused. So basically the allowance is only applicable to you if you have purchased the building from a developer. So, basically if I'm the 2nd buyer I don't qualify for the allowance. I think it's unfair especially if Sars going to recoup the allowances on sale
