The weekly guarantee varies by player/caddie arrangement and by tour level. KFT < DP< PGA. I seriously doubt any full time PGA Tour caddie is only making $1,000/week AND paying for his own travel/food/accommodations, unless he's with a top 100 player who is making a lot of cuts and regularly top 50 checks. Especially because so many full time caddies also spend a lot of time on off weeks either traveling to prep for the next event or with the player practicing.

In an extreme once in lifetime case I remember tigers Caddy came in the highest paid NZ sportsman a few years in a row.
