@lingtan.co: If you’re looking for vegan Japanese food in Brighton, this place is definitely worth adding to your list. The interior has a cozy vibe that feels like stepping into a Japanese izakaya. The menu is mostly made out of small plates. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and overall the food was impressive. They also have a great selection of draught beer and sake, which pairs really well with the sharing style menu if you’re planning a relaxed evening out. It’s a little bit more expensive than your average dinner spot especially if you’re ordering lots of small plates, but the quality and overall experience make it feel worth it for a treat. If you’re visiting Brighton and love Japanese food, I’d definitely recommend giving Bonsai Plant Kitchen a try 🫶🏼
