@democracynewsgh: Drama erupted in Parliament as Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga and Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin clashed over the vote on the Tribunal Bill. The Majority Leader accused the Minority of forcing MPs to travel all the way from Yendi, the Upper East Region, and other parts of the country just to return to Parliament for the vote after the Minority challenged the Speaker’s voice vote. But the Minority Leader fired back, insisting that at the time of the vote, the Majority did not even have up to 35 MPs in the chamber, raising questions about whether there was a quorum.
