@crystalsshoes: Today we go to the lanes. I was practicing getting my elbows bent on a downswing and I know a secret that took me - no lie...like 200 videos of "bowling how to's", to find. It was such a light bulb for me and now its so much easier to get my fingers under the equator. Cant wait to test it out. ##bowling #bowlingtiktok
