my husband had to teach me "its ok for me to upset, that doesnt mean you have to walk away and avoid me all day." he would always say "just because Im upset doesnt mean I dont want you" I learned as soon as I saw my adults upset or mad it was better to hide and avoid them the rest of the day. We were 17 when we got together and now 21 years later hes still healing me 🥹
