honestly me as a Regina girl. Regina becoming the Good Queen at the end felt more like fan service than a satisfying conclusion. Her ending was hopeful, but I felt like it was rushed and that true reconciliation with all her victims would have been a more meaningful finale.

Many people in the fandom justify many of Regina's actions by saying "It's justified" or by bringing up her past, but they forget that Regina had many opportunities to change her life and her course, even with people sacrificing themselves for her (Tinkerbell), but Regina simply didn't want to take that "good path." Regina is not a white dove Yes, she suffered, but that doesn't justify all the innocent people who suffered because of her.
