Nice work though I have an observation As an Architect what make you different & better than a Draughtsman is your ability to plan your space & utilize it effectively for people that we live in.Also you need to consider the mode of construction that is best suited. Zoning is very important, putting your Kitchen in different two side of the layout not advisable. You don't want to me to be passing someone's kitchen side before I get to my own apartment.Both the two apartments kitchen supposed to be on thesame side for easy plumbing & maintenance. When I see a plan I do know if you are truly an Architect or a draughtsman in disguise. Mostly is not about aesthetics alone. Also cross-ventilation is very important..... those are the things that make you better off.Shalom!
