Put liquid Elmer's glue on your fingers. Where you have the fiberglass, let it dry and then peel it off.

if you got normal kids glue like elmers glue you can just spread it on your hands wait for it to dry and peel it off and it should get those tiny little fibers

Be really gentle with tweezers and gentlyyyy pull them out if the tape isn’t doing it. Have someone else do it for you if possible!

I went to a vocational school and we had to change the fiber glass filter in the spray booth and we would end up with it all over something we learned helped was putting shaving cream in it and scraping it off with a card
