i dont understand why men dont have the option to have more than two weeks maternity leave so they can help support their partner so they can heal, bond with the baby, and maybe so the couple can get used to the changes of their relationship (sometimes people dont realise that having a baby can change people (not in a bad way) or their “routine”) (idk if that makes any sense)

i really hate that people talk about prgnancy and birth like it's just what woman do. I hate the fact we get talked about as breeding maschines and that when you don't have a wish for children you are wrong. there is so much women do not know about pregnancy and birth. it's really that deep they never educate us about it. partly because I feel like tjat would ruin the "patriarcy" because if women did know about most things there would be so many less people on the planet... We can litterally build a human inside of us and people expect us to work full time. whilst educating and caring for our family. so to every woman out there we are power. ❤️
