there is no way two months of 'vibecoding' replaces salesforce.

The CRM my business partner and I have vibe coded is better for our biz than SalesForce was. Has everything we want, and nothing we don’t. Also, when I want a change, I don’t have to be told no, or wait on my company IT or SalesForce. I can vibe-code it in place within 45 mins.

Imagine going through Sales Interview process and they say the main system we use is a vibe coded CRM, would laugh in the hiring managers face

I hate Salesforce but this only applies to SMBs and they don’t even understand the amount of risk they are exposing their business to. Great, you saved $600k but now exposed $100mil in client data. Companies are going to get wrecked because Exec teams have no idea what they’re doing

it works!! up next:data breach because vibe coding makes it work but doesn't necessarily make it secure

Salesforce may have not been a good financial option but “vibe coding” a health insurance company CRM is 😬😬😬😬

2 months... haha i bet it's AI slop... I've vibe coded a CRM but try at least 6 months with 15 hours a day and another 6 months til its solid

Apps like sales force can have a lot of features that clients pay for and don’t need. Like he said it’s more integrated to what they need.

He’s most likely snake oil selling for investors and potential buyers. 1) This is not possible 2) No legal team would approve it nor it would pass an arch review. If they somehow did it, then oh boy, you better jump ship while you can

Does it meet all regulatory requirements? (especially huge concern in EU)? Was the system audited or just vibecoded?

Token costs, cost of the engineering team, no customer success support, reliance on outsourced models. Token cost will be 350K a year alone

While I'm not the biggest sale force fan 99% of stories like this are going to end up as major failures through compliance, scaling or bugs.

It's not impossible to beat Salesforce, but boasting about 'vibe coding' a core healthcare system app just invites brutal scrutiny. As an enterprise client, this public admission immediately triggers red flags for vendor risk assessment and 3rd party compliance. I can’t imagine what their new B2B contracts look like now. If I’m a corporate client, I'm demanding aggressive indemnification clauses with massive, uncapped financial liabilities for any PHI/PII breaches, covering both the company and every individual employee affected. Trading standard security framework for PR is a massive liability gamble. 🤭
