Love this! You’re real!! 🥺 So, we start our 4th dose on the first vial. We lost 5 pounds the first week and then nothing the other two weeks. Do we go up? Or just stay the same dose. 😆

I’m on my 9th week of tirz and have lost nothing! 😭 I have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism too. Now possibly sjogrens. I’m taking 1mg weekly.

You have done great! Thanks for all the help and info. I have been on a stall with tirz for 2 years and since starting other peps for the hashimotos and menopausal I have finally lost 5 pounds! Plus feeling so much better, not being tired and run down.

I’m on week 12 too. Last week I had gain the 4lbs I lost and this past week I lost the same 4lbs. So I’m back to the weight I was 2 weeks ago. Kind of bummed it happened instead of continuing to lose. Trying to not let it discourage me. I’ve lost 21lbs so far.
