The boys had to had went on multiple boats, the law in those rual park zones are also just as racist. They had to move his body back to the location because if he was found to far out at sea it would place him directly on the boat. But I think the opposite of what they are saying is happening…I think he got on the boat n never left the boat alive.

I feel the body could have been in by yiou area until coast was clear to put the body back out on another boat and called. Coast guard to say all was fine to get coast clear ti take body out. Toxology will be in nonvakud if body sat too long cause bidy makes own gases. I know csuse of ny Sons mrder case going on also
