@4ngel.flores: this is a really vulnerable post for me to share, especially right now while i’m dealing with edema and navigating recovery❤️ my natural instinct is to cover up when i feel like this, but i wanted to share this because bloating is SO NORMAL! our bodies bloat, hold onto water, digest food, and do so many normal bodily functions every single day! especially in recovery, the body is doing exactly what it needs to do, even if that means it looks different from one moment to the next. and that’s okay❤️ so much of what we see online is posed, edited, or just one small moment. real bodies do this too. i wanted to share a more honest one in the hope it helps normalise bloating and show it doesn’t matter!!
