Unemployment crisis also makes it worse. Getting a full time job helped me so much after my mum died (I was her carer before). It gave me routine and consistency, but now I constantly worry about losing it and not being able to find another one. I cannot describe how much failing to get a job made me spiral after losing her, on top of the money worries it came along with. 💔
