Same situation, my ex was awarded the home. She needed to get the home under her name. Took her to court to jail her if doesn’t pay if not paid. Problem solved until she refinance under her/other name than mine.

Sometimes they supposed to pay it but they would rather it be lost to foreclosure than to pay your mortgage. Their last way to fuck you over because they feel they got fucked over in court.

I don’t how the women can think like that. Common sense should tell them if no payments are being made they lender is coming for the property. Him not paying is a civil matter thats for her to resolve. I would know if he wasn’t paying because i would have been tracking the payments vs talking about “I don’t care”.

I was forced to sell my 3% va home loan in the divorce. tried to assume the loan. Judge took judicial notice of the federal rule saying all vaccine loan are assumable since 1983.

Question: are you required to deliver documents on visits like this? That husband won’t call you since I’m pretty darn sure he did that on purpose. So I’m wondering what her options are in this situation, with not being on the deed. Also wondering why she didn’t have that paperwork changed.
