hey! if you want or can't open up to someone, try doing small steps at a time. like, at first say that youre not feeling well. then, if you trust the person, try to open up a little, then more and more until you feel confident enough to tell them the whole story. ik how hard it is to do so sometimes, but atleast try to tell a person you really trust. good luck out there!
