shes saying “rail me, rail my guts.” in the original script there was multiple occasions in which Nikki had snapped back into reality when her and bear were getting intimate. At first it freaked bear out, but after literally only one or two times of this happening, he learned to kind of just sit back and wait for freaky Nikki to come back into control. The scene is supposed to represent Nikki‘s lack of bodily autonomy. She cannot consent to anything that bear does to her and that is what he desires. And the wishing willow knows that.
