Happy enough to stand on stage in front of hundreds of people wearing nothing but posing trunks… or strip down in the middle of a packed gym… 💀 But take my top off outside because it’s roasting? Absolutely not. 😂 Make it make sense. 3 weeks post-show and we’re already a little over 10kg up. Yeah, a lot of it’s water, but I’m feeling incredible right now. Training is flying, appetite is through the roof, and I’m hungry for a lot more than just food… I’m hungry to become completely unrecognisable. I’m currently coachless and enjoying the freedom, but come September I’ve got my eyes on a coach, and that’s when the real work begins.
